I'm an experienced & energetic comedy/performance Director…and must be the world’s only Yemenite-Antiguan.
I’ve shot all over the world, from Dubai to Cape Town, Catford to Minsk.
After a short stint as an Advertising Creative, I was seduced by the glamour (& catering) of Production.
The first music video I directed was selected 'Promo of the Month' in PROMO magazine.
40 music videos & over 80 million YouTube hits later (including the most played music video of the year 2008 on The Box & MTV), I wrote & directed my first feature film (purchased by Sky Movies).
Shortly afterwards, I started my foray into Commercials & have shot for brands including Xbox, EA Sports, FIFA, BBC Sounds & Hotels.com.
I'm a performance director in love with interesting characters. I've worked with a broad spectrum; from cheeky toddlers to feisty grannies, & lots of lovely celebs.
My passion’s comedy - sunburst zany to deathly dark - and I've worked extensively with music, dialogue, choreography & fight/action sequences.
I’m all about Big Positive Energy, & want my work to be joyous & memorable. If I’m the silliest person on set, I’m doing it right.
My films are stylised & cinematic, drawing on my commercial Photography background.
My dark-comedy short ‘THE SANDWICH’ was short-listed in the HUMOUR category of 1.4 Awards.
My work’s featured in SHOTS, and screened at BUG & Straight8.
